CANCELLATION POLICY

Just a little reminder: If you need to cancel your appointment with us, please give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us open up space for other guests who are eager for a bit of pampering. If cancellations happen the same day or if there’s a no-show without a heads-up, there’ll be a $50 charge added to your account. This fee will need to be settled before booking your next moment of bliss. We totally get that life can throw curveballs, so if there’s an emergency, let us know. We’re here to work things out as best we can.

CHILD POLICY

To keep things safe for the little ones and ensure all our guests can enjoy a relaxing visit, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 stay at home during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Got a friend who could use a little Satin Med Spa magic? If you’re an existing patient and you refer someone new to us, you can snag a $50 Satin Gift Card as a thank you! Here’s the deal: your friend needs to pay for their service before you get your gift card. Make sure they jot down your name on their Patient Registration form so we know who to thank. Just a heads up, we can’t give referral credits after the fact. Spread the word and get rewarded!

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

At Satin Med Spa, we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If you find yourself with an unopened product and thinking “this isn’t what I signed up for,” no worries! You’ve got a full 7 days from the purchase date to bring it back for a return. Just a little heads up, though: once those skincare or cosmetic treasures are opened, they’re yours for keeps. Let’s keep it fresh and safe for everyone!

When you opt for one of our series or package treatments, think of it as securing your spot for some serious self-care. Please note, these purchases are final and non-refundable. But trust us, you’re in for some exceptional pampering that’s worth every penny.

SATIN MED SPA PROMOTIONS

At Satin Med Spa, we love to treat you with promotions and special pricing, but there’s a tiny catch – they’re like exclusive parties, so no plus-ones allowed. That means we can’t mix them with other offers or adjust past purchases. To lock in that deal, just be sure to present any promotion at time of purchase.

GRATUITY

At Satin Med Spa, tipping is always your call, a little thank you if you’re thrilled with the service. It’s just like anywhere else where folks go the extra mile to pamper you—gratuity is a common way to show your appreciation. But hey, not all treatments are expecting a tip, so no pressure at all. If you’re diving into one of our facial treatments, though, it’s pretty standard to see gratuities between 15-20%. Just a little FYI: gift certificates usually focus on the pampering part, leaving gratuities up to your discretion.

CELL PHONE USE

To ensure everyone’s experience at Satin Med Spa is as serene as a sunset, we kindly ask you to set your cell phone to silent and minimize its use in common areas. Also, we’d appreciate it if you could refrain from using your phone during treatments. This way, we can all enjoy a little oasis of calm together. Thanks for your cooperation in keeping our spa a peaceful haven!

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please watch your personal items closely, as we can’t take responsibility for things that get lost or stolen. Thank you for helping us keep everything smooth and focused on your visit.
